Scottish Football Transfer Rumors: Celtic’s Nicolas Kuhn Attracts Interest from Brentford and Brighton
The January transfer window is approaching, and Scottish Premiership clubs are already being linked with potential signings. Celtic’s Nicolas Kuhn, a 24-year-old winger, has reportedly caught the attention of Brentford and Brighton & Hove Albion.
According to TeamTalk, both Premier League clubs are considering a move for Kuhn, who has been an integral part of Celtic’s squad. Meanwhile, Brighton and Southampton are also tracking Motherwell’s 18-year-old midfielder Lennon Miller, with Liverpool and Newcastle United also showing interest.
In other news, Heart of Midlothian chief executive Andrew McKinlay has revealed that the club’s management will assess the character of potential signings earmarked through their new agreement with Brighton owner Tony Bloom’s football data analysis firm Jamestown Analytics.
Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe has also addressed speculation surrounding his decision to reject the Celtic job in 2021. Howe stated that he turned down the opportunity because he could not assemble his preferred backroom staff at the time.
